OUR HITORY, OUR FUTURE

We fell in love with this place in 2012 and since then we have never stopped devoting care and attention to it. It had been abandoned for some time: we reinvented it to return it to its ancient splendour and its original vocation: to produce wine and oil. The special places are immediately recognizable, and although the way to realize our project was as fascinating as complex, we had no doubts: this was the right place to realize our dream.

Over the years, we have always been accompanied by a deep sensitivity towards unique places: the Giglio Farm -this is its original name- demonstrated to be one of those places from the very first moment. Located in the countryside of Empoli, in the heart of the Florentine Chianti and at the center of the artistic crossroads between Florence, Pisa and Siena, it was a challenge that we faced with passion and without ever giving way to the difficulties that we experienced from time to time, working slowly and unceasingly to overcome them, making the most of the experience they have represented. More than twenty years have passed since that first meeting with the Giglio Farm, and there are also about twenty hectares of farm that today we manage with our company, the Agricultural Company “Torre Serena”. Here everything is produced at zero km, with the Organic Company Certification to testify our real commitment to quality. 

Aware of the reality we have built, we are active and present on different market segments: wine - always oriented to sustainability and bio-based- and hospitality, another spearhead of our offer. Our idea of hospitality reflects our character: each solution is born from listening to the specific needs, from the willingness to accept advice, ideas and interesting suggestions to calibrate the offer and improve the service more and more.  

We like to think of our Company as a reality permeable with the territory, open to active participation of the people who live there and engaged with them in the realization of a project that enriches and gives value to the community and the place itself. With the heart close to tradition and with the spirit of those who want to renew it, exceeding all expectations.
